Two brands.
One company.
One system.

We build the brands, websites, listings, tracking and follow-up that your marketing runs on. Advertising can plug in later. The foundation stays.

$3,000 per month for your first 12 paid months. Billed monthly. No lump-sum build invoice. No minimum term.

Where you are today

Five fixable problems are holding back the business online. None of them says anything about the quality of your work.

Your site uses a `contractorplus.app` address

Much of the site's organic value builds on an address controlled by another company instead of a domain you own.

`preventativehomesolutions.com` is parked

The domain you own is showing an under-construction page instead of helping customers find and trust the business.

The headline says Winter Park; the address says Lakeland

Those locations are roughly 55 miles apart. Conflicting signals make it harder for customers and search engines to understand where the company operates.

Ten services share one page

A homeowner cannot quickly tell what the company is known for or which work it most wants.

We did not find reviews on the major platforms checked

Reviews affect trust, local visibility and the percentage of leads that book an estimate.

[Kitchen Brand] DBAKitchen and bath, considered later

Why two brands

The contracting brand wins the big job. The painting brand pays the bills while that job closes.

Preventative Home Solutions remains the licensed company and the name used on contracts. Its site becomes the credential a homeowner, supplier or lender checks before a larger project.

The painting brand has one clear job: sell painting. Painting projects have a shorter buying cycle, generate finished-work photos and create more chances to earn reviews. A kitchen-and-bath brand can come later, built on what painting proves.

The license holder confirms the DBA, licensing language and any required state or county registration before launch.

What we build

The build carries an $11,000 standard value. It is included in the monthly relationship and never appears as a separate invoice.

Preventative Home Solutions identity

Primary, secondary and icon logos; color palette; type system; usage sheet; and editable source files you own.

$1,000

Preventative Home Solutions website

Home, about, licensing and insurance, services, financing, gallery and contact. This is the site a homeowner checks before signing a $45,000 contract. It has to look like a company worth that much.

$3,000

Painting brand name and identity

Three candidates, screened for `.com` availability, Florida business-name conflicts, federal trademark records and confusing local competitors. The selected domain, full logo suite, color palette, type system and usage sheet are included.

$1,000

Painting brand website

Interior, exterior, cabinets, pressure washing, commercial work, a before-and-after gallery and fourteen individually written city pages built around actual Tampa Bay search demand.

$6,000
Total build value$11,000

Delivery: Both core websites launch within 60 days after we receive the required access, business information, usable photos and approvals. The fourteen city pages are completed by the end of month four. A photo shoot and physical production such as signs, wraps and shirts are separate.

Our recommendation for the painting brand: explore a character rather than a person. A strong mascot can live on the truck, yard sign, door hanger and every ad without depending on an actor or one crew member. You see the concept before the brand commits to that direction.

The monthly plan

Painting Authority normally costs $3,500 a month. Your launch rate is $3,000 a month for the first 12 paid months.

Google listing

Setup or cleanup, verification support, current services, photos and weekly posts. Google controls verification and approval.

Reviews

A text request after completed jobs, plus monitoring across the places customers leave feedback. No review gating or incentives.

Local search

Service and city pages based on real searches, plus correction of important business-name, address and phone inconsistencies.

Directories

Yellow Pages, Apple Maps and 75+ other listings, submitted and kept accurate.

Writing

One long guide or two shorter articles each month, written and published.

Video

One video for Google and YouTube, plus four short videos for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok each month.

Social

Sixteen posts a month across Google, Facebook and Instagram.

Spanish service

If your team can serve customers in Spanish, we say so plainly. We validate local Spanish search demand before recommending translated pages.

Press

One press release every two months, written and distributed to news sites.

AI visibility

Clear, structured pages that help search engines and AI systems understand what you do and where. Inclusion in an answer cannot be guaranteed.

Both websites

Hosting, health checks and two shared hours of updates each month.

Domain and email

Renewal monitoring, DNS work and email authentication to improve deliverability and protect the domain you own.

We work a month ahead. Content due to publish in November reaches you by 20 October. You have seven days to correct a detail, change a price or flag the wrong job photo. Approved work then publishes on schedule.

The machine that catches leads

Included from month three. Most contractors lose more money between a lead arriving and someone calling it back than anywhere else in their marketing. This closes that gap.

One inbox

Calls, forms, texts, Facebook and Instagram messages in one place.

Missed-call text

When an eligible call goes unanswered, the caller gets a prompt reply.

AI chat and voice, 24 hours

Answers common questions, takes job details and requests an estimate time.

Automatic follow-up

Approved texts and emails continue until the lead books, declines or opts out.

Lead priority

Shows which leads are opening, replying and booking so the estimator starts at the top.

Job board

Tracks each opportunity from first call to signed contract.

Review requests

Sends the approved request when a job is marked complete.

Past customers

Reaches eligible previous customers about repaints, cabinets and referrals.

CRM access, setup and management are included. Metered usage is billed separately based on actual consumption. This can include phone numbers, call minutes, text messages, email volume, AI voice or chat activity and other carrier or platform charges. The applicable rates are disclosed before activation.

The system is configured for identification, consent records, opt-outs, quiet hours and recording notices. Outbound campaigns use client-approved lists and messages. Compliance remains a shared operating responsibility, and campaigns involving automated solicitation at scale should be reviewed by counsel.

Paid advertising, when the foundation is ready

Painting Dominance adds Facebook and Instagram lead forms; Google Search checked weekly against booked-job cost; Google's eligible pay-per-lead local program; remarketing across Facebook, YouTube and the web; a campaign page for each offer and season; and call tracking that records and traces each call with the required notice. The recommended media budget is $4,500-$7,500 per month, paid directly to the platforms. You control the budget, and we add no percentage markup.

+$1,500per month for management$4,500-$7,500 recommended monthly ad spend

The first five months

The payment stays at $3,000. The work shifts as each part of the system comes online.

Month 1

The brand exists

Name screening, `.com` registration, both identities, account access and Google Business Profile eligibility preparation.

Month 2

Both core sites live

Both websites launch with tracking, financing information and the available portfolio.

Month 3

Every lead gets caught

The shared inbox, missed-call text, AI chat and voice, follow-up sequences, review requests and job board go live.

Month 4

The properties feed it

Social posting, the content calendar, 75+ listings, the first press release and all fourteen city pages are live. The full recurring plan is now running.

Month 5

Ads, if you want them

Optional paid campaigns begin with approved offers, budgets and conversion tracking.

Why this order: Advertising into a business that cannot answer at 7 p.m., has no review process and cannot follow up is how marketing budgets get wasted. By month five, the sites are live, every lead has somewhere to go and nothing you spend lands on bare ground.

The year, season by season

The plan follows how painting demand moves in Tampa Bay instead of publishing the same message all year.

October to December

Build and launch. Exterior content goes up as the dry season opens; interior and cabinets sell before the holidays.

January to March

Strengthen reviews and local visibility during peak exterior weather and snowbird season. Open paid channels if the economics are ready.

April to June

Exterior runs through spring, then the emphasis shifts toward interior work, cabinets, pressure washing and hurricane preparation.

July to September

Interior, cabinets and commercial work carry the quarter alongside pressure washing and legitimate post-storm demand. Then we decide whether the kitchen brand has earned a launch.

We also build an outreach path for realtors and property managers who need dependable painting before listing photos and between tenants.

How you will know it is working

We do not promise a ranking, lead count or revenue figure that neither party can control. We do make the work and the numbers visible.

Lead sourcesCalls, forms and texts traced to their original page or campaign.
ResponseHow quickly leads receive a reply and how many book an estimate.
Reviews and searchReview activity, local visibility, traffic and pages producing inquiries.
Booked workClose rate and attributed revenue when job outcomes are kept current.

The numbers are yours whenever you want them, in plain language. When something moves, good or bad, you hear it from us rather than finding it later. When something is not working, we change it instead of defending it.

What we need from you

The 60-day launch clock starts when these inputs are in hand. A client delay moves the affected delivery date by the same amount.

An eligible operating address

Google requires a real business location. A service-area business may hide the address publicly, but a mailbox or unstaffed virtual office is not eligible. Google makes the final verification decision.

Real project photos

Twenty to thirty before-and-after sets would give us the strongest launch. We will not present generated images as completed client work. A thin portfolio launches with the genuine material available and grows with each job.

Someone who answers

The follow-up system covers missed calls, nights and weekends. A person still needs to handle daytime calls, estimates and technical questions.

Consistent tracking

Calls need to stay on the tracked numbers and sold jobs need to be updated. The numbers tell the truth only when the team uses the system.

Access and sign-off

We need the domain registrar, Google, social and Contractor+ accounts, plus the license holder's confirmation of the DBA and registration requirements.

Accurate claims

Spanish-language service, financing, warranties, certifications and similar claims go live only after you confirm they are accurate and operational.

The investment

Your $3,000 launch rate exists because we are building this brand from nothing, in our own backyard, and we want it to be the one we point to.

You never receive a separate bill for the build. If you cancel, you keep every completed asset listed as yours and owe no remaining build balance. We accept that risk because we would rather earn your renewal in month twelve than bank a deposit in month one.

Adding paid advertising later takes total management to $4,500 a month: $3,000 for the core program plus $1,500 for ad management. The recommended $4,500-$7,500 monthly media budget remains separate and is paid directly to the platforms.

Plain-language terms

No surprises on the way in and no hostage conversation on the way out.

Starting and billing

Work begins when the first monthly payment is received and the onboarding request is sent. The $3,000 payment covers month one and is billed monthly in advance. It is not an additional deposit.

Cancellation

There is no minimum term. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next charge. Payments already made are not prorated. Work stops at the end of the paid period, and incomplete future deliverables are not owed.

What you own

You own the approved names, logos, source files, domains, completed website files, website content, approved photos and client accounts. Domains, Google, social and advertising accounts are created in or transferred to client-owned accounts wherever the platform permits.

CRM access and usage charges

CRM access, setup and management are included while the subscription is active. Metered phone numbers, call minutes, text messages, email volume, AI activity and other carrier or platform usage are billed separately at the disclosed rates. If you leave, we export your contacts and history and assist with porting eligible numbers. Platform-specific automations stop unless you assume the required account and service costs.

Rate changes and work outside this scope

The $3,000 rate is held for the first 12 paid months. After that, any change requires 60 days' written notice. Ads, another brand, additional revision rounds and software integrations are quoted before work begins.

Revisions and outside providers

Three logo revision rounds per brand are included. Coordination and reporting with an advertising provider are included. Accounting, estimating, field-service and other software integrations are quoted separately.

Platform decisions

Search rankings, Google verification, ad approval, badges and third-party availability are controlled by the relevant platforms and cannot be guaranteed.
